Yes. From MOQ 10 units you can mix road, gravel, mountain and e-bike models in a single order, as long as each individual model meets its own minimum of 10 units.
Yes. Logo decals start at MOQ 10 with no lead-time penalty. Custom paint, branded packaging and full ODM follow the MOQ and lead-time table in the section above.
Frames are covered for 2 years, and forks, handlebars, seatposts and carbon rims for 1 year against manufacturing defects — artificial damage excluded. Spare parts remain available at dealer pricing for the life of the model, so a bike sold today is still serviceable years from now.
You are welcome to visit our Shenzhen facility and meet the production and QC teams. We also support third-party inspection (SGS / TÜV) at any production stage, and share QC records before shipment.
